Located in the heart of the Mercure hotel, opposite Angoulême’s Central Market, Bistro Bardy combines French cuisine with a ‘bistronomic’ ethos. The menu showcases fresh, seasonal produce, with a twist on French classics. The restaurant also stands out for its décor, which blends wood, copper, velvet and tweed, as well as for its terrace surrounded by greenery.
