Père Deval

Housed within the Saint-Gelais hotel, Père Deval serves contemporary French cuisine in a setting that blends stone, wood and more modern elements. The restaurant also features a terrace overlooking a garden. The restaurant, which has been open under this new name since August 2025, is run by chef Ulysse Aubry, who previously worked at K2 in Courchevel.
