Deuzeff

In Ruelle-sur-Touvre, the Deuzeff brewery offers a range of craft beers conceived and brewed locally. Led in particular by Jérôme Fleurant, the brewery has made its mark on the culinary scene of the Pays d’Angoulême with recipes that each have their own distinct character.

History and origins

The Deuzeff brewery opened in Ruelle-sur-Touvre in 2022. It was founded by Stéphanie, Jérôme and Alexandre Fleurant. The brewery quickly expanded to offer a range of craft beers and an associated tasting venue.

The venture remains deeply rooted in the Charente region: Deuzeff is a regular presence at local events and markets, particularly in Saint-Yrieix-sur-Charente.

• Deuzeff Porter: a porter-style dark beer, awarded a silver medal at the 2024 Saveurs Nouvelle-Aquitaine Competition.
• Deuzeff Ambrée: an amber-coloured beer available as part of the permanent range.

The flagship product

The visitor’s experience

Deuzeff is not just about brewing beer. The brewery also welcomes beer lovers to have a drink and a bite to eat on the premises.

The venue offers, in particular, sharing platters, snacks, pizzas and croque-monsieurs. The brewhouse adds to the venue’s unique atmosphere.

Tours and tastings are also organised from time to time.

You can buy and taste the beers directly at the Deuzeff Brewery in Ruelle-sur-Touvre. The beers are also occasionally available in local shops and at events in the area.

Deuzeff takes part, in particular, in the weekly local farmers’ market in Saint-Yrieix-sur-Charente.
