Located in the heart of Angoulême’s Central Market, Fromagerie Les Amis fosters a warm and discerning approach to cheese. The shop, established in its current form in 2022, was built around a passion for farm-fresh dairy products, regional specialties, and cheeses with character.

The Spirit of the Market Halls, Cheese Edition

Located in stalls 15 and 16 of the Central Market, the shop enjoys a particularly lively setting within one of Angoulême’s premier gourmet destinations.

The selection focuses on artisanal cheeses, featuring regional varieties and cheeses from various parts of France. The shop also offers farm-fresh dairy products and can source specific items upon request.

Cheese Platters Assembled Like Festive Tables

One of Fromagerie Les Amis’s hallmarks is its custom-curated cheese platters. Cheeses are selected based on texture, aging profile, and taste preferences to create combinations that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate.
